| Description | Remote Sales Outreach Assistant (Commission-Based Flexible) Are you great at chatting with people online and getting them interested in services that help their business grow? We’re a creative media & marketing agency based in Singapore and we’re looking for a commission-based outreach assistant to help us book qualified Zoom calls with business owners. About the Role: You’ll be helping us reach out via Instagram LinkedIn WhatsApp or email to connect with potential clients who are a good fit for our marketing and content services. You will: Send outreach messages (we provide the script) Qualify interested leads Book them into our calendar or WhatsApp Track and report leads in our system Able to speak English and Mandarin Payment: This is a performance-based freelance role: $50SGD per qualified Zoom appointment booked +$100–$300 SGD bonus if your lead converts into a paying client by our Salesperson monthly payout via Wise or Payoneer What Counts as a Qualified Lead? To be paid each Zoom lead must: Be a real business owner or decision-maker (e.g. renovation firm property agent) Know this is a paid service (not free help) Be interested in improving their marketing/content Attend the full Zoom meeting (min 15 mins) Leads that are fake no-shows students or not serious will not be paid. You will not be paid just for filling the calendar — only for genuine pre-qualified leads. Requirements: Strong written English (you’ll be chatting with leads) Reliable Wi-Fi laptop or mobile Past experience in cold outreach DM marketing VA or sales (preferred) Familiar with Instagram or LinkedIn messaging Organized honest and results-focused Why Join Us?
