DescriptionDrata is looking for a seasoned Web Engineering Lead to architect and scale drata.com transforming it into a high-performance growth engine. As the lead hands-on engineer on our web team you'll drive strategy lead cross-functional technical efforts and build experiences that align with our full-funnel marketing strategy. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below subject to change. Tier 1: $157100 - $194000 Tier 2: $141400 - $174600 Tier 3: $125700 - $155200 You can view which tier applies to where you plan to work here.
