DescriptionJob Title: Director of Sales – Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic motivated & KPI driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our MCA sales operation. The Director of Sales works closely with the CEO to set sales targets & drives day-to-day production while leading by example. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will direct & coach our outbound sales agents. You may also be involved in the hiring onboarding and training of your new team as we are looking to bring 10 - 20 new sales agents on board asap. Knowledge of the MCA space is NOT required - we will train you. Basic math skills however is important to your success. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale a team of outbound sales agents Coach through 1:1’s weekly team meetings & training sessions Review and share KPI’s with agents & leadership across all stages of the funnel (lead-to-submission submission-to-approval approval-to-funded) and optimize based on real-time performance data. Enforce sales processes scripting rebuttal frameworks and daily workflows to drive consistency and maximize funded volume. Assist agents with closing deals as needed Facilitate and oversee all closings Own key communications with ISO partners internal underwriters and outside funders to maintain alignment between deal flow and funding appetite. Set quarterly monthly weekly & daily production targets Manage Pipeline processes for agents and enforce good pipeline hygiene Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing underwriting & operations to optimize results Manage our Sales Processor (support role for the company and sales agents) Qualifications 3–5+ years minimum of sales leadership in any space Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Coachable and approachable with a strong drive to learn (we believe even experienced leaders can learn and grow) Confident & capable in your ability to lead a strong dynamic team Comfortable with CRM systems performance dashboards and daily reporting. Deep understanding of outbound call center culture lead source performance and ISO relationship management.
