Description | Job Description: We are a recruitment firm specializing in the real estate/property management industry and we’re looking for a dedicated closer to join our team. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle. Your role will be to call our list of companies identify if they are currently recruiting (or planning to in the near future) and secure an appointment to present if there’s an opportunity to work together. Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to companies on our list - Qualifying whether they are actively recruiting and identifying the decision-maker - Setting appointments with decision-makers - Conducting Zoom calls pitch and close our $7500 recruitment service What We’re Looking For: -Proven experience in sales particularly setting appointments and closing deals -Confidence in phone-based and Zoom-based selling -Strong questioning and listening skills (we focus on discovery before pitching) - Self-motivated organized and comfortable working full-time in a remote role - Recruitment or B2B sales background is a plus but not required - Please note this is a full-time position (8 hours/per day - 5 days per week) - There will be calls and sales KPIs to ensure performance is on track supporting both your goals and ours What We Offer: - $1000 monthly base pay + attractive commission structure - Full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential - Ongoing sales coaching and mentoring to help you improve and succeed - Supportive team and positive company culture How to Apply: Please submit: to this email gracie@pamtherecruiter.com Your updates resume and cover letter outlining your sales experience.
