| Description | Inside Sales / Enrollment for Digital Caregiver Support Program Full or Part-Time Position (REMOTE) Position Overview The Inside Sales / Enrollment Specialist will make calls to identify and persuade family caregivers to enroll in Ceresti’s digital Caregiver Support Program. We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable hard-working inside sales professional to speak with family members who provide care for loved ones who have cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia). You will pitch Ceresti’s Caregiver Support Program which is an education support and remote coaching program that aims to increase the knowledge skills and confidence of family caregivers. This program is free to eligible family caregivers (e.g. spouses adult children) as it is paid for by their loved one’s health insurance. We will train you provide call scripts and prepare you with common scenarios and how best to respond to FAQs. The ideal candidate will be sales-oriented friendly quick on their feet comfortable speaking with seniors efficient able to use our CRM software and have the intuition to know when to be empathetic and when to be persistent. The goal is to enroll inexperienced overwhelmed and stressed family caregivers into an innovative and highly acclaimed caregiver support program. Responsibilities Initiate contact with potentially eligible family caregivers through cold-calling Manage leads through a sales funnel using Ceresti’s CRM software Utilize Ceresti caregiver coaches and other team members as needed to advance opportunities Present product information to prospects once you have identified their needs Organize lead queue to track caregivers who agree to enroll in the program Make suggestions for inside sales process improvements Participate in sales status meetings Comply with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications Education BA/BA degree preferred Experience Success in cold calling inside sales or telemarketing role: 1 year (preferred) Familiar with the challenges of caring for someone living with dementia (preferred) Proven ability to work remotely (preferred) Skills Comfortable on the phone Proficiency in CRM use logging calls and notes (preferred) Reliable Proficient in English Persistent and results-oriented Easy to get along with able to work with a team Not easily discouraged Must demonstrate high level of integrity Consistently transparent courageous and enthusiastic Must be able to pass a background check including drug screening Job Type: Full-time or part-time.
