Please review the job details below and then click “apply.” We're looking for someone to join our team as an Applications Analyst Lead who: Position Summary: The Application Analyst Lead at Clinica Sierra Vista is a senior-level analyst responsible for the strategic configuration optimization and maintenance of Epic applications. This role is critical in aligning technology with clinical and operational needs ensuring seamless workflows and enhancing patient care. Essential Functions: Key Responsibilities Lead the design configuration and customization of their Epic applications to meet the organization's evolving needs. Serve as the Epic subject matter expert (SME) within their area providing guidance and advanced troubleshooting for complex issues. Collaborate with clinical revenue cycle and operational leaders to analyze workflows recommend optimizations and enhance system functionality. Assist in overseeing Epic system testing (unit integration and user acceptance testing) to ensure high performance and reliability. Oversee and execute Epic upgrades enhancements and module implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance. Lead and mentor junior analysts fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Develop training materials and conduct advanced end-user training to improve adoption and efficiency. Work with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related system issues. Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline Epic workflows and improve operational efficiency. Support monitoring of change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new Epic functionalities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics Computer Science Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of Epic experience including successful implementations and optimizations. Epic certification required (e.g. EpicCare Ambulatory Cadence Resolute or other relevant modules). Proficiency in Epic application configuration workflow design and system optimization. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. Proven leadership experience in EHR/Epic projects training and team mentorship. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
