About The Company Our client is an entertainment production company specializing in large-scale consumer expos including premier wedding and home improvement events. Known for delivering engaging and memorable experiences the company is entering a strategic growth phase and is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its marketing department. Role Overview The Chief Marketing Officer will work directly with the CEO to shape and execute the company's growth strategy across its core business lines. This role will oversee a marketing team of 11 including a Creative Director and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for driving high-impact marketing initiatives that increase attendee engagement optimize marketing spend and expand market reach.
