Role Overview You will own and lead the entire marketing strategy and execution for the company. From brand identity to go-to-market content partnerships and community growth — this role demands creativity strategy and execution skills in equal measure. You’ll work closely with our Director of Strategic Outreach to align campaigns with partnership efforts and PR opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for product launch Own the creative process for all marketing visuals — from concept to final design — using Figma to create high-quality advertisements graphics and campaign assets Define and maintain brand voice positioning and messaging across all channels Build and grow social media presence (Twitter/X LinkedIn Reddit Discord) Lead content marketing — blogs newsletters PR releases and community updates Design and run pre-launch campaigns to build awareness and early adoption Oversee visual branding and marketing asset creation (landing pages graphics presentations) Identify and secure partnerships with influencers communities and publications Track analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics Enforce our “No AI-generated content” brand policy Must Have Proven marketing experience in SaaS or crypto/blockchain Strong Figma skills for asset creation and design collaboration Deep understanding of crypto communities and market trends Experience running campaigns from the ground up US-based and available during US working hours Native-level English fluency for brand voice and communications Comfortable operating in a fast-paced resource-constrained startup environment Nice to Have Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) Experience in Web3 community marketing and influencer partnerships Knowledge of SEO Google Analytics and paid ads (Google Meta X) Event marketing experience (crypto conferences AMAs livestreams) Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel Word PowerPoint) What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner not just an employee Ability to make independent decisions without excessive oversight Willingness to wear multiple hats until the team scales Creative problem solver who thrives under resource constraints Committed to building the brand long-term with the patience and persistence required for startup success |
