Due to increased demand for our unique insights analysis and services Client is seeking talented individuals to join our data analytics teams across the World. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced resourceful and creative Marketing Communications & Social Media Specialist to lead and implement our social media and content marketing initiatives while also supporting broader marketing communications and high-profile company events. This individual contributor role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels with the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities. This position reports directly to [CEO/COO/CINO] and will collaborate cross-functionally including direct work with senior executives and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Content Management Create write proof edit and distribute engaging on-brand content across TikTok Instagram YouTube LinkedIn and other social platforms. Build and execute content calendars and campaigns aligned with business goals. Grow and engage target audiences track performance metrics and continuously refine content strategy. Marketing Communications & Public Relations Develop and refine messaging for various internal and external audiences. Coordinate public relations activities including editor/analyst relations interviews and media tracking. Monitor and report on company mentions news articles and earned media. Support CEO and senior executives with communications materials and presentations. Deploy marketing strategies to maximize earned media exposure and thought leadership. Event Marketing & Project Management Plan coordinate and project manage key company events including executive roundtables product launches and industry conferences. Manage event logistics promotion post-event reporting and cross-functional collaboration. Use project management tools or systems (e.g. Asana Trello Monday.com or similar) to stay on track and aligned with internal stakeholders. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials and channels. Market Knowledge & Stakeholder Engagement Rapidly learn and understand our solutions market space and value proposition. Communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively in both written and spoken formats. Engage confidently with customers senior executives government officials industry analysts and other external stakeholders. Prepare presentations briefing materials and talking points for high-visibility engagements. Tools & Platform Proficiency Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sheets Slides Drive). Solid experience with Office 365 tools including SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Comfortable using spreadsheets and visual tools to analyze engagement data and campaign performance. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing content strategy or marketing communications. Demonstrated success growing engagement and followers on platforms like TikTok Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn. Proven track record in project managing events or campaigns particularly in high-visibility or executive settings. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the company to high-level audiences. Organized proactive and capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold consistent messaging and branding. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS government or technology sectors. Background in PR journalism or corporate communications. Familiarity with SEO best practices paid social or influencer marketing strategies. Experience with event planning platforms media monitoring tools or email marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp). Bonus Skills (Desired but not required): Video Editing: Edit crop and stitch videos develop and publish short-form and long-form multimedia content. Graphic Design: Design social and marketing graphics using tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar.Experience in B2B SaaS government or technology sectors. Why Join Us?
