We are seeking an experienced Medical Spa Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist to join our high-performance team. This role is designed for a proven sales professional with technical knowledge of medical aesthetics and a track record of converting digital leads into retained long-term clients. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients guiding them with authority and confidence through professional phone consultations ensuring they are fully educated and prepared for their treatments before entering the spa. This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with prior experience in medical aesthetics dermatology plastic surgery or high-level spa sales will be considered. What You’ll Do Lead Conversion & Phone Consultations Manage high volumes of inbound inquiries from calls texts emails web forms and social media. Conduct structured phone consultations to explain services treatment preparation contraindications and aftercare. Build urgency and trust to maximize appointment conversions and membership sales. Sales & Client Retention Consistently achieve and exceed conversion targets show rates and membership sales goals. Increase lifetime client value through strategic scheduling package sales and retention strategies. Technical Service Knowledge Confidently discuss treatments including injectables (Botox fillers) Morpheus8 IPL PRP facials chemical peels and laser services. Educate clients with authority handle objections and position Georgetown Allure as their trusted provider. CRM & Lead Management Manage the pipeline and schedule efficiently using Mindbody GoHighLevel and other CRM tools. Track lead sources campaign ROI and performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates. Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on ad performance and lead quality. Contribute actively to team meetings aligning with business growth and retention goals. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of proven telemarketing or inside sales experience in a medical spa aesthetics dermatology or plastic surgery environment. Exceptional phone sales skills — persuasive polished and client-focused. Licensed Esthetician strongly preferred or equivalent technical knowledge of injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments. Familiarity with digital lead generation social media campaigns and high-level sales funnels. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
