Position Summary We are seeking experienced multi-line Territory Managers to represent Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting in the Southwest Mountain Territory (Colorado Utah New Mexico). As an independent 1099 contractor this individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the region driving sales and representing our luxury brand to the architectural and design community. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement territory sales strategies to promote Fine Art’s brand and product lines. Actively prospect generate leads and secure new business in the design and luxury furnishings industries. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers architects builders and luxury retailers. Conduct product presentations showroom tours and training sessions with clients. Serve as the key liaison between Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting and clients within the territory. Ideal Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate will: Currently represent luxury home furnishings as part of a multi-line portfolio. Possess 3–5 years of commercial sales experience in the Architect & Design industry preferably with high-end or luxury products. Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrate exceptionally polished verbal and written communication skills. Have a strong network of established relationships with architects and interior designers in the luxury and upper-upscale markets.
