Description | FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Vice President of Sales and Marketing ### Position Summary The Regional Account Manager’s primary objective is to generate new referrals and referral sources in your designated territory. This will include the development and execution of a successful sales plan. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing targets within the therapeutic areas of responsibility. Primary specialties include: Neurology Rheumatology Gastroenterology Dermatology ️ Oculoplastic Nephrology ➕ Other specialty groups that refer patients for infusion therapy. Regularly call on individuals groups and institutional accounts. ️ Plan and execute daily/weekly routes using data to analyze trends. Develop territory plans with short- and long-term goals. Utilize CRM daily to document call activity and track selling progress. ️ Build strong relationships with physicians office staff and care teams. Position Type & Expected Hours of Work Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexibility and availability as needed (Exempt role) ### Required Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 3+ years calling on specialty physician groups in sales roles related to specialty pharmacy ambulatory infusion pharmaceuticals or similar.
