We create bespoke impactful work from international ad campaigns to thoughtful rebrands for local businesses. Alongside our commercial work we’ve become a trusted creative partner for centre-right grassroots and political organizations across Canada and the U.S. helping them launch persuasive digital campaigns mobilize supporters and tell their stories with clarity and impact. Applicants don’t need previous political experience but should be enthusiastic about working in this area. Please indicate in your pre-screening submission why you are excited about working for centre-right causes such as libertarians conservatives free-market initiatives or otherwise. We’re looking for an outgoing and reliable junior designer to support our growing workload under the guidance of our senior designer. This is a part-time role with a flexible start date and hours. Successful applicants may have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role. Please include a portfolio of your work with your application. Submissions without work samples will not be considered. What You’ll Do Craft visually engaging social media graphics and advertising creatives for high-visibility campaigns. Assist with branding materials such as logos brochures banners and posters for advocacy groups and community initiatives. Design web mockups and concepts for client projects. Support and help strategize social media content—including design posting copywriting and engagement. Contribute copywriting ideas to campaigns and brand assets. Collaborate with our creative director and senior designer for feedback and growth. Learn to engage with clients and build relationships through consultations review meetings and more. Represent the company at in-person networking events. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). A portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design fundamentals. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passion for working on political and advocacy content for centre-right causes while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Strong communication skills for working with clients and our team. An outgoing personality who enjoys networking is an asset. Marketing skills and/or web development experience are not required but are considered assets.
