| Description | Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js. Proven experience designing and building scalable secure and high-performance APIs. In-depth knowledge of relational databases particularly PostgreSQL. Experience with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies. Solid understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git) CI/CD and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for FinTech blockchain and Web3 technologies. Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain integration. Familiarity with security best practices in FinTech applications. Experience with Docker and Serverless Stack. Responsibilities: Design develop and maintain highly scalable secure and performant backend services using Node.js. Work with PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Implement and maintain robust APIs for seamless integration with our React frontend and external services. Collaborate with product managers frontend engineers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our backend systems. Write clean maintainable and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Troubleshoot and debug production issues ensuring high availability and reliability of our services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Node.js FinTech and Web3. |
