The ideal candidate will come from a staffing agency team that requires high volume sourcing for clinical placements both inbound and outbound recruitment. Schedule: 9-6 (EST CST or MST) Mon - Friday Day to Day: You'll be hiring clinicians for this remote organization that specializes in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring. You’ll use multiple sourcing platforms for inbound and outbound recruitment to hire MA’s & RNs. You’ll be held to weekly and monthly metrics regarding candidates interviews and placements made. Looking for someone that’s actively making 7-10 clinical placements per month in a current role. Company overview: This telehealth organization specializes in health technology and provides remote patient monitoring to Medicare populations - specifically those with chronic illnesses (ex. Type2 diabetes hypertension etc.). Patients use vital trackers for at home use and relay information to providers for chronic care management. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -Agency recruiter experience in most recent role -Currently hiring for clinical placements (MAs & RNs) adhering to weekly and monthly metrics -Experience sourcing candidates from Indeed & LinkedIn Recruiter -2+ years clinical healthcare high volume recruiting experience -Must be averaging 7-10+ CLINICAL placements per month NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -remote work experience |
