What you’ll do: Run and scale campaigns across Meta TikTok and Google Split focus between clothing brands (ecom DTC) and lead gen clients (real estate credit repair dermatology) Break down ROAS MER CAC AOV and act with speed and accuracy Work with our creative team to develop winning UGC and funnel assets Take direct ownership of client calls and strategy - no middle management buffer You’re a fit if: You’ve spent 2-3+ years running paid ads with proven results You’ve scaled ecom clothing brands or lead gen niches (bonus if both) You thrive in fast-moving high-pressure environments You want to grow beyond “media buyer” into a full-stack growth strategist Bonus points for: Shopify funnel building and automation chops Experience creating or directing UGC-style ads Strong instincts for buyer psychology & direct-response marketing Niche experience in real estate credit repair or dermatology Compensation & Schedule: CA$18.00-CA$50.00/hr + Bonus + Commissions Full-time (8-hour shifts Mon-Fri holiday flexibility) 100% Remote At InsightX Media clothing brands are our foundation - but lead gen is our edge.
