What you’ll do: •Launch optimize and scale ad campaigns across Meta TikTok and Google •Break down performance data to make fast surgical decisions •Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ads •Test fast learn faster scale even faster •Work directly with clients without layers of middle management You’re a fit if: •You’ve run paid ads for at least 2-3 years (Meta Ads Manager experience required) •You’re fluent in ROAS MER CAC AOV - and you know how to act on them •You can spot winning vs. weak creatives instantly •You thrive in fast-paced high-accountability environments •You want to be more than a “media buyer” - you want to be an elite growth operator an architect. •Understand lead gen for niches: Plastic surgery (Botox) Construction Credit repair Salons Bonus points for: •UGC or influencer-style ad experience •Shopify funnel-building or email automation skills •Strong direct-response and buyer psychology instincts Compensation & Schedule: Pay: $23.00-$38.00/hr Bonus + Commission opportunities Full-time (8-hour shifts Mon-Fri with holidays) Work Location: 100% Remote At InsightX Media we don’t compete.
