| Description | We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Ads & Email Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in managing Google Ads Facebook Ads and Email Marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance marketing campaign optimization audience targeting and reporting. This is a full-time work-from-home role requiring strong analytical skills creativity and the ability to deliver daily and weekly performance reports. Key Responsibilities Plan create and manage Google Ads (Search Display Shopping) and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns. Develop and execute Email Marketing campaigns (newsletters drip campaigns automation workflows). Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI CTR CPC and conversion metrics. Conduct keyword research audience targeting and A/B testing. Create ad copy creatives and landing page recommendations to maximize performance. Generate daily and weekly reports highlighting campaign performance insights and recommendations. Stay updated with platform updates digital marketing trends and competitors’ activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in PPC (Google Ads Facebook Ads) and Email Marketing. Proven track record of managing ad budgets and driving conversions. Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager and Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp HubSpot ActiveCampaign or similar). Proficiency in campaign tracking analytics and reporting (Google Analytics Tag Manager etc.). Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
