This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for employees throughout their lifecycle from hiring to offboarding. The Onboarding Specialist will manage high-volume HR transactions serve as a primary point of contact for employee and HR inquiries and support continuous improvement of onboarding processes. Working closely with HR Operations this role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The position offers a flexible environment with options for fully remote work or a hybrid schedule for those near the Jersey City office within EST or CST time zones.
