There’s moreResponsibilitiesYou’re our perfect candidate if you: Analyze UX problems and present solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals Incorporate market analysis customer feedback technical constraints and usability findings into design Develop strong partnerships with other Designers Research and Product Owners. Plan execute and lead user tests ideation sessions and design research activities Present work to Product Owners Product Designers and Engineering teams as well as stakeholders and executive leadership Identify and prioritize research questions based on the analysis of existing product designs business needs project goals and risks Employ the best research method(s) based on the product requirements Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions Ability to dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations Create reports and communicate results opportunities in clear concise and compelling ways to all levels of management Deliver impact as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmapBeen a key role in scaling and shaping the UX research function ➡ RequirementsWhat will make you stand out from the crowdYour expertise in a nutshell At least 2 years as professional UX Research experience as member of a UX team participating in the product development lifecycle Portfolio of design/research projects and UX processes Bachelor’s degree in design psychology sociology or related field equivalent professional experience Experience carrying out usability testing ideation sessions and design research activities Good understanding of analytics data to support informed design decisions Ability to tackle multiple projects at once Understand behavioral patterns and interaction design Strong organizational skills Strong presentation skills Excellent attention to detail Problem-solving aptitude Team player with a positive attitude Proficient in English and Spanish Extra awesomeness scores points!
