Overview: We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior RD Engineer with deep expertise in software and algorithm development to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge technologies and core system components. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the full lifecycle of product research design and development — from concept through implementation. Design develop and optimize advanced algorithms for real-world applications. Drive technical innovation and improve efficiency within core system components. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate and test software solutions. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Engineering Applied Mathematics Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Solid foundation in signal processing adaptive filtering optimization theory and probability theory. Hands-on experience with Bayesian filtering techniques such as Kalman Filters Particle Filters and Hidden Markov Models (HMMs). Practical experience in object-oriented programming especially in languages such as C++ C# or Python. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with indoor positioning localization or navigation systems. Experience with sensor fusion or data fusion methodologies. Working knowledge of data from inertial sensors like accelerometers gyroscopes and magnetometers. Skills: Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal. Exceptional analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities. A quick learner with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a collaborative cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
