We integrate skilled personnel and systems to drive precision visibility and timely project delivery. We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Power BI Developer to join our growing team. This role will design develop and optimize dashboards and business intelligence solutions that help guide project performance improve visibility and support smarter decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across scheduling and estimating teams to turn complex datasets into clear impactful insights. ### Key Responsibilities Develop Power BI dashboards scorecards KPIs and automated reports. Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models. Work with SQL Server BI Stack: Power BI Power Query DAX T-SQL SSRS SSAS MDX. Design and maintain relational and multidimensional databases. Implement row-level security and role-based access controls. Integrate transform and organize data from multiple sources. Optimize Power BI performance and implement best practices. Present data findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. ### Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence analytics or data development. Proficient in Power BI Desktop DAX and SQL. Experience with data modeling warehousing ETL and Microsoft BI stack (SSRS SSIS SSAS). Strong communication and visualization skills.
