| Description | As a Technical Writer you will be responsible collaborating with various global stakeholder to create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation for Outseer applications and solutions. You will be responsible for writing and maintaining advanced technical user guides release notes and other product-supporting documentation. You should proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure that all written content is appropriate and up to the highest quality standards with the ability to clearly convey technical solutions in a highly readable customer-focused format. Essential Duties Plan develop organize structure and write technical documentation by collaborating with engineering product and design teams. Build and maintain writing standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology. Proactive in tracking and communicating documentation deliverables status and risks to the stakeholders regularly. Research and prioritize multiple documentation tasks as requested by customer-facing teams without affecting the timelines of ongoing project deliverables. Collaborate with localization manager and other technical writer(s) to publish the documentation as per the documentation plan. Propose improvements in published documentation and work with design team to improve customer experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to organize and document information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Desired Requirements 6+ yrs. working in a technical writing position. Tenured use of content authoring and editing tools like MadCap Flare Paligo ClickHelp etc. JIRA and/or Confluence is required. Strong writing editing and proof-reading skills to produce error-free content. Use of style guides and style sheets. Write explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. Work in a dynamic collaborative results driven environment. Detailed working knowledge of Fraud Managment and 3DS SaaS applications Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel along with Adobe PDF generation and editing. Proven ability to effectively communicate with Subject Matter Experts and global teams. Strong attention to detail Working in an Agile environment Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking Adaptability in a quick paced and geographically distributed work environment.
