Key Responsibilities:: Create curate and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn. Engage with followers respond to comments and messages promptly and monitor social media interactions to foster a positive community. Research and implement industry best practices and stay updated on current social media trends to enhance engagement. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's voice and strategy. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and increase reach. Keep abreast of platform updates best practices and emerging social media trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Strong grasp of social media platforms and their best practices particularly for business. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an engaging and professional style. Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage online communities. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from social media data. Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design skills using software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
