Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company goals. Develop implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing Sales Administration) to optimize workflows. Monitor performance metrics analyze data and prepare reports for leadership. Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience with marketing field Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with digital tools and management systems (e.g. CRM project management platforms Excel/Google Sheets).
