The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee client projects for our digital marketing agency from start to finish. This role ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and with clear communication between clients and our creative development and marketing teams. You will also support the proposal process by drafting timelines deliverables and scopes of work helping streamline how we win and deliver projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage marketing projects across web design paid media SEO and branding campaigns Own the client onboarding process including kickoff meetings asset collection and timeline setup Act as the main point of contact for clients during projects Translate client goals into actionable tasks for designers developers and marketing staff Build and manage project timelines milestones and deliverables in our project management system (Monday.com / GoHighLevel) Support proposal creation by drafting scopes deliverables and timelines (sales strategy and pricing handled by leadership) Track progress flag risks and proactively solve problems before they affect delivery Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workloads are balanced and deadlines are met Prepare project updates and reports for clients and leadership Document and improve internal processes to help the team work more efficiently and consistently This is a dedicated full-time position.
