We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a talented creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert to join us remotely from the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and conversions. Plan and execute targeted paid ad campaigns (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Google Ads etc.) to drive leads and sales. Create and manage high-quality engaging content (graphics videos copywriting) tailored for different platforms. Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using data to optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Manage and grow our social media communities by responding to comments messages and fostering brand loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Research trends competitors and new opportunities to keep our strategies fresh and competitive. Assist in email marketing campaigns website content updates and SEO optimization. Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices. Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization. Excellent graphic design skills using tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar. Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Knowledge of SEO email marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc.) is an advantage Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional work setup for remote work. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS platforms. Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts). Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Work Hours & Benefits Full-time remote position (Philippines-based).
