Purpose of the role: We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM team and support the systems processes and data that drive predictable revenue growth at Provar. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related roles who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to ensure operational excellence maintain data integrity and optimize workflows across the entire revenue lifecycle.    Day-to-day responsibilities & accountabilities: You’ll be working remotely as part of the Marketing team.  You’ll be responsible for: CRM Administration & Data Management Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM data for accuracy and consistency across all GTM teams Monitor lead account opportunity and customer data hygiene Process Optimization Document and improve revenue-related processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead routing handoff and tracking. Campaign generation - work with AE and BDR team to create outbound campaigns  Monitoring messaging and iterate for success. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales Marketing and Leadership teams. Track KPIs like pipeline velocity conversion rates and forecasting accuracy. Provide Revenue guidance based on analytics such as closed lost trending win reviews ICP data Analytics Provide forecasting guidance for pipeline as well as territory management.  Data should drive territory expansion and create rules of engagement between territories Comfortable facilitating reporting based on Go to Market data to leadership Tech Stack Management Support the administration and integration of tools in our GTM stack (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce ZoomInfo Outreach Aligned Momentum etc.). Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary. Enablement & Support Provide training and documentation for GTM teams on processes and systems. Key skills:  You’ll have:  5+ Years experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company. Exceptional spreadsheet and data analysis skills to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Experience with GTM tools like HubSpot Zoominfo or Outreach is a plus. Process-Oriented: Familiar with sales funnels customer lifecycle and RevOps best practices. Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Interpersonal and teamwork skills Proactive attitude  You’ll be: Highly organised and detail oriented Naturally inclined towards systems and technology Proactive - able to anticipate problems before they arise and solve them as they arise Able to simplify complex issues and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Able to quickly build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels of seniority
