We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist from the Philippines to own day-to-day performance channels and help scale qualified leads. The Role This is a hands-on execution role with cross-team collaboration. You will: Plan launch and optimise Google Ads? Meta Ads (primary responsibility) across Search/Performance Max with clear CPL/ROAS targets for AU. Manage Meta Ads and basic Microsoft Advertising where relevant. Oversee SEO fundamentals (on-page technical audits keyword mapping) and Google Business Profile hygiene. Analyse performance build Looker Studio dashboards and present actionable insights weekly. Advise on landing page structure and messaging to maximise lead conversion brief designers as needed. Coordinate with the AU team on roadmaps pacing and experiments (A/B tests audience/creative iterations). What We’re Looking For 4+ years proven experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house). Ads expertise is non-negotiable (account structure bidding conversions experiments). Demonstrated online lead generation for 50+ audiences (senior/homeowner segments) is a strong plus. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Search Console solid grasp of attribution & tracking. SEO knowledge and familiarity with Ahrefs/SEMrush and Screaming Frog (preferred). Strong English communication (copy reporting stakeholder updates). Analytical detail-oriented comfortable owning targets and pacing.
