The Opportunity We are seeking a creative and mission-aligned Graphic Designer to join our client's team. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print design assets that are aligned with the organization's brand identity and campaign goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent designer who can translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals and integrate seamlessly into a passionate values-driven team. Key Responsibilities Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets including social media graphics web banners email templates brochures and event materials. Ensure all creative output is aligned with the organization's brand identity and messaging guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support various campaigns and initiatives. Manage a pipeline of design projects ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality work. What You Bring Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work. Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). A proactive and independent work ethic with the ability to manage projects with minimal hand-holding. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team. A critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a high standard for quality.
