DescriptionStellarTech is looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our Operations department. You will support our Marketing and Creative Producer teams acting as the bridge between project needs and their successful execution. You’ll take ownership of processes help push projects forward and ensure timelines are met.This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional with a strong understanding of operations and a proven ability to identify and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability who will collaborate closely with multiple teams to shape and optimize world-class operations. What You’ll Do - Properly manage projects initiated by Marketing and Creative Production teams. - Drive deliverables by proactively pushing stakeholders and removing blockers. - Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure alignment. - Provide detailed analysis of the processes design recommendations and ensure their implementation. - Identify potential growth bottlenecks and resolve them. - Initiate and drive processes automatization together with Leaders of respective division. - Build and maintain Facebook Ad accounts and support marketing infrastructure setup - Analyze data to uncover insights that help optimize performance and productivity. What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience in operations project management or production support roles preferably in tech EdTech or digital marketing. - Experience in people management is a must (you’ll begin with one direct report with opportunities to grow the team). - Advanced Google Sheets skills (data structuring filters pivot tables queries importranges etc.). - Solid understanding of project management tools and principles. - Strong process thinking and analytical mindset. - Helicopter view together with reasonable desire to get into details. - Basic automation experience (e.g. formulas triggers integrations gscripts). - Solid understanding of workflow management platforms (especially Asana and Jira). - Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects independently. - Effective communicator across departments and levels of seniority. - Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and follow-through. - Proactive adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. - Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and juggling several tasks at once. - Result-oriented: use all possible instruments to effectively and timely unlock possibilities always searches for creative ways to get best results. Nice to have - Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or strong motivation to learn it quickly. - Solid understanding of SQL.
