Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Entry-Level IT Data Analyst to join our remote US team. In this role you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights supporting our clients' decision-making processes and maintaining the integrity of our data systems. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in data analysis within a supportive professional setting. Key Responsibilities Collect clean and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability. Perform basic statistical analysis and create visualizations (dashboards reports) to identify trends and patterns. Assist senior analysts in developing and maintaining SQL queries and scripts. Support the team in documenting data processes analysis methodologies and findings. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver clear concise reports. Monitor data quality and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Computer Science Statistics or a related field completed within the last 24 months. Foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying. Academic or project experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker). Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for data manipulation. Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with a programming language commonly used in data analysis (e.g. Python R). Understanding of database structures and principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A portfolio or examples of academic data analysis projects (e.g. GitHub link course project).
