As we expand our footprint in the Australian market we’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our B2B sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email LinkedIn and CRM tools Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives Maintain and update sales pipelines trackers and CRM records Assist in preparing proposals pitch decks and follow-up communications Research target industries decision-makers and competitor offerings Coordinate virtual meetings demos and client onboarding tasks Support lead nurturing campaigns and monitor engagement metrics Provide weekly sales reports and performance insights Qualifications 2+ years' experience in B2B sales lead generation or virtual assistance Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Salesforce) Ability to work independently manage time zones and meet deadlines Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator email automation or cold outreach tools is a plus Prior experience supporting Australian or US clients preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance incentives Opportunity to grow with a global people-first company Collaborative team culture with ongoing training and support Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to Php22000.00 per month Benefits: Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required) cold calling : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote |
