We're seeking an exceptional Regional Key Account Manager to join our forward-thinking team. We link strategic applications of industrial adhesive tape solutions with innovative automated processes to revolutionize the automotive market. As a leader in automated adhesive tape technology we are committed to creating cutting-edge solutions that elevate efficiency and productivity in the automotive industry. In this role you will play a key part in connecting our forward-thinking R&D and engineering teams with our strategic partners — including top OEMs converters and integrators. How you'll help the formula: You'll bridge the gap between our innovative R&D and engineering teams and strategic clients. Your contributions will directly shape the future of automotive manufacturing empowering customers with state-of-the-art automation through our specialized advanced industrial tapes and adhesives solutions. You'll act as a strategic partner translating complex technical needs into tailored solutions driving growth and staying ahead of industry trends related to advanced material applications. Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities within your accounts and the broader automotive market consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Monitor account performance analyze market dynamics and provide insightful reports and forecasts to management contributing to our overall business strategy. Other duties as assigned. Key elements for your role: Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or a related technical field (preferred). 2+ years of proven experience in key account management or B2B sales within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automation solutions industrial processes and related technical products. Expertise with advanced industrial tapes adhesives or similar material science in an automation context is highly desired. Ability to identify pain points envision solutions and build strong relationships across all levels. Self-motivated goal-driven individual capable of thriving in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
