Description We’re seeking a Talent Manager and Full-Cycle Recruiter to partner with leadership and build a world-class remote team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll serve as a thought partner to leadership on staffing needs drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and coach existing teammates through performance management and growth. This is a full-time 3-month contract (1099) with potential to transition into a long-term part-time capacity after the initial period. Compensation is $75K–$85K annualized equivalent fully remote US hire with occasional weekend meetings as needed. How to Apply Use our short Google form to apply: https://forms.gle/DxEcajDWqZ2nThmM8  Key Duties Leadership Partnering Meet with leadership weekly and do project/ talent planning Understand business needs review projects/roadmaps/timelines/metrics to identify recruiting plans Forecast staffing needs and build future hiring pipelines Full-Cycle Recruiting Create and post JDs across 10+ job boards (including sponsored listings) Execute creative outbound recruiting and headhunting strategies Outbound to set up partnership calls for the VP with top talent sources Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing screening interviewing offers) Talent Management Join ~3–4 team meetings per week to gather context on performance and needs Track performance metrics and document 30/60/90-day outcomes Proactively recruit in areas showing weakness or risk Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coach teammates for growth Requirements Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (2+ years preferred) Experience recruiting across global markets (US Eastern Europe SE Asia Latin America) Prior work with product/tech teams (1–2 years) Strong understanding of startup culture and remote-first companies Comfort using AI tools to speed up sourcing screening and outreach STEM background (engineering economics or related) is a plus Strong communication coaching and performance management skills Contract Details Type: Full-time contract (1099 US hire) Duration: 3-month trial period continuation in part-time capacity thereafter Compensation: $75K–$85K annualized equivalent Location: Fully remote Availability: Must be flexible including weekend meetings when needed Equal Opportunity Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability or protected veteran status.
