OVERVIEW We’re looking for a data-driven performance-driven Paid Social & Google Ads Media Buyer who thrives on measurable results and can lead the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across Google Ads and top social platforms like YouTube TikTok Instagram and Facebook. If you thrive on performance love A/B testing your way to over 10x ROAS and want flexible remote work you’ll love this role. You’ll own strategy creative development testing optimization and scaling campaigns focused on hitting aggressive ROAS and CPA targets. If you enjoy testing new hooks building responsive search ads diagnosing underperforming campaigns and scaling what works this role is built for you. We’re a remote-first fast-moving startup with a hybrid sales model: 75% of customers purchase directly (e-commerce-style) 25% convert through lead generation and sales team follow-up You'll build and optimize campaigns for both. ABOUT US Tradeline Works is the Uber of the credit tradeline industry. Our mission is to help underserved communities take their first step toward financial stability by improving their credit scores. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads and at least two platforms: YouTube TikTok Instagram or Facebook Write launch and test new hooks angles CTAs and Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) regularly Run A/B tests across creative targeting and placements to improve ROAS and reduce CPA Diagnose underperforming campaigns and rapidly implement data-backed fixes Scale top-performing ad sets to maximize revenue Create biweekly reports summarizing key insights trends and next steps Conduct audits on past or prospective campaigns to identify areas for growth Collaborate directly with the founder and small team to align with broader business goals WHO YOU ARE: 3+ years managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns hands-on Fluent in Google Ads and at least two of: YouTube TikTok Instagram Facebook Experienced in e-commerce and lead-gen funnels including attribution retargeting and lookalike audiences You write your own copy generate your own hooks and take full ownership of performance no design or content team needed Deeply analytical: you know your numbers and can explain why an ad failed or why it crushed Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments with minimal handholding Comfortable balancing strategy and execution with a test-and-learn mindset WHAT YOU'LL LOVE: This is a contract role Autonomy & Impact: You’ll own high-leverage channels and see direct revenue impact Remote & Flexible: Set your hours work from anywhere (U.S.-based EST-PST) Lean Startup Agility: Quick pivots no red tape and rapid feedback loops Work-Life Balance: 15 hours/week during onboarding increasing to ~20 hours/week Growth Opportunity: Role may grow into a strategic or leadership position as we scale COMPUTER & INTERNET REQUIREMENTS: Windows 10 or macOS 10.10+ (Chromebooks Windows 7 tablets and mobile devices won't work) Reliable high-speed internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet required) COMPENSATION While we’re still in early-stage growth here’s what we offer: Hourly pay (1099): starts part-time at 15–20 hrs/week Performance-based bonuses tied to ROAS and CPA goals Leadership opportunity for high-performers as budget and responsibilities grow Ideal for freelance media buyers consultants or ex-agency pros who want high-impact low-drama work Stable long-term contract Professional development support Job Types: Part-time Contract Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Google Ads: 3 years (Required) A/B testing: 3 years (Required) Retargeting Campaign: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
