What You Will Be Doing Crafting precise actionable specifications for AI-driven HR solutions. Utilizing low-code and AI platforms to prototype and manage workflows efficiently. Directly executing onboarding and coaching processes where automation falls short. Designing dashboards to provide immediate insights into performance metrics. Ensuring seamless onboarding coaching and releasing of team cohorts. What You Won’t Be Doing Leading a conventional HR team or depending on business partners. Updating obsolete tools or workflows from traditional organizations. Participating in lengthy alignment meetings or committee discussions. Waiting on engineers to develop the tools you require. Depending on documentation over real-time system feedback. Chief People Technology Officer Key Responsibilities Create a fully automated HR infrastructure that enables global talent operations without the need for traditional managerial roles or manual processes. Basic Requirements Demonstrated success in designing and executing operational systems with AI and low/no-code tools (Cursor Windsurf Lovable Bolt Retool Zapier Airtable). Practical experience in developing and deploying automations and prototypes independently. Expertise in data analytics transforming complex people data into automated decision-making processes. Ability to make critical talent decisions including implementing structured improvement plans and terminations without relying on a managerial layer. Experience in high-pressure high-autonomy settings (startups turnarounds rapid-scaling businesses). Residency in the U.S. preferably in Austin or capacity to travel one week per month. Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Nice-to-have Requirements Experience in business operations engineering data analytics or product management. Previous experience in developing AI-native systems within a high-growth context. Knowledge of emerging AI platforms and ""vibe-coding"" culture. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour which equates to $400000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
