| Description | This role focuses on elevating the online presence and engagement for a portfolio of Airbnb properties in Bocas del Toro Panama. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives bookings and increases brand visibility. The position involves creating engaging reels posts and stories on a weekly basis managing community engagement implementing basic ad strategies and delivering monthly performance reports. The work is project-based and can be performed remotely with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on results. Deliverables - Develop and implement a weekly content calendar for social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. - Create high-quality engaging reels posts and stories tailored to the target audience. - Manage daily engagement with followers responding to comments and messages promptly. - Execute basic paid ad campaigns to boost reach and drive bookings. - Monitor analytics and provide comprehensive monthly reports on performance and growth. - Collaborate with the property owner to align content with brand goals and seasonal promotions. Requirements - Proven experience managing social media accounts for hospitality travel or real estate brands. - Strong content creation skills including video editing and graphic design for social media. - Proficiency with Instagram Facebook and social media management tools. - Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and conversion. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Availability to deliver consistent weekly content and monthly reporting.
