ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Research Associate who will play a key role in supporting our community insights talent mapping and market research initiatives. This role focuses on gathering data from Discord communities and other online platforms analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to support recruitment talent acquisition and business strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor engage and extract relevant insights from Discord communities forums and online groups. Conduct data research across platforms databases and online sources to support recruitment and market analysis. Assist in identifying and mapping talent pools within specific industries or communities. Compile and maintain accurate data sets for reporting and analysis. Support research projects by summarizing findings and creating reports dashboards and presentations. Collaborate with recruiters analysts and other team members to provide insights that enhance sourcing strategies. Stay updated on emerging online communities trends and digital platforms relevant to research. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Social Sciences Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with Discord online communities and digital research methods. ( Or the similar experience on Slack). Experience in Data scrapping social listening tools or community analysis (a MUST!) Background in Recruitment research talent mapping or market analysis (an Advantage!) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and organize data. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and research tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
