DescriptionTitle: Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager for CEO (Remote Full-Time) About the Role I’m the CEO of a $2M Managed Services Provider (MSP) and I need a proactive detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can take both business and personal tasks off my plate. This role will start part-time (20 hrs/week) and expand into full-time (40 hrs/week) once we establish trust and workflows. Responsibilities Manage my calendar schedule client meetings and coordinate with my internal team. Book personal appointments (travel car service etc.). Draft and send emails eventually handle direct client communication. Research topics and prepare concise summaries. Manage social media: primarily LinkedIn (some Facebook). Generate content ideas draft posts (using tools like ChatGPT) and handle publishing. Requirements Fluent professional English (spoken and written). Proactive: anticipates needs nudges me when I drop the ball. Comfortable with Google Workspace and technology. Discreet with sensitive information. Must be able to work 9am–5pm Eastern Time . This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in Latin America (Colombia Mexico Argentina Brazil Chile etc.) as long as you can work 9am–5pm EST. Compensation $2000 CAD/month full-time (approx. $1000 CAD part-time to start). How to Apply 1.
