Position Summary Loenbro LLC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to lead field switching and commissioning support for mission-critical data center projects in the Cedar Rapids IA area. The Journeyman Electrician will supervise electrical crews during First Time Energization switching and AutoLOTO activities load bank operations and Level 3–5 commissioning support while enforcing safety executing approved procedures and ensuring clean turnover documentation. Essential Job Responsibilities Execute field commissioning tasks including First Time Energization switching/LDL for AutoLOTO minor issue resolution equipment start-up switching load bank connection and removal and general Level 3–5 support. Perform and follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for all Level 3–5 activities. Execute AutoLOTO requests and maintain accurate lockout/tagout records for project electrical systems. Carry out pre-functional and functional test plans energization sequences and integrated systems testing in compliance with approved plans and permits. Follow and enforce safety protocols coordinate with Safety QA/QC and Field Operations to mitigate commissioning risks. Participate in post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into field practices. Required Qualifications Iowa state electrical licensing in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK AR CO MN MT NE NH ND OK SD TX WI or WY. Certifications NFPA 70E and OSHA 30. 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical field experience data center commissioning experience is highly preferred. Proficient with switching practices LOTO procedures load bank operations and MOP adherence. Job Summary Loenbro is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers / Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires mindfulness and the ability to work well in a team. Essential Job Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Dig trenches backfill excavations and compact soil. Assist with the installation of construction materials such as pipes concrete and steel. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Minimum Qualifications Required GED or High School Diploma. Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds. Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights. Preferred Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions. Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.
