YobiBIT SRL is a company which operates workbeyond.io and, with respect to corporate website operations, may act as controller (jointly with other entities or 3rd parties). For workbeyond.io, the primary controller is:

When You apply for a job listed on the platform We mark and collect the data that You applied to the job. We can also obtain personal information that You supply to Us within Your communications threads with Us, along with that information which is disclosed to Us through the registration form or via uploading your CV.

Kindly note that the above mentioned job application is just a preliminary information that is required in order for You to trigger a recruiting process with a 3rd party. Should You apply to a job present in Our listings, please be aware that further documentation and information will be required by 3rd parties after the submission of the Application Form, during their recruitment process, in accordance with its stages. This information is necessary to recruiters to carry out the recruitment process in order to take steps to possibly enter into a contract with You. When you apply to a job listed on our platform We only record the fact that You applied to that position but the systems/recruiting software You will send Your job application data to are external to Our platform, outside of Our control, and therefore We make no representations as to the suitability of the external 3rd parties processing Your information and We accept no liability in relation to this. Please perform Your own due dilligence in relation to any 3rd party. We accept no responsibility or liability for this, as stated in the Terms and Conditions and in this Privacy Policy.
