This highly visible role serves as the trusted advisor to the GM SVP Americas Sales and PBST and acts as a key liaison to the field partners and customers. This position assists in preparing for all external-facing engagements acting as the voice of the field with cross-functional GTM teams and helping determine and manage the top priorities for our field and external stakeholders. The candidate must have a strong sales and marketing background and excel in all areas of strategy development and execution including project management business analysis problem-solving executive communication and consensus building. In addition candidates must demonstrate the ability to thrive in an unstructured collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the technology solutions industry and the company’s customers product offerings and employees. Excellent analytical interpersonal communication (verbal and written) presentation networking influencing and leadership skills will be critical. Success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple internal and external stakeholders at every level. The candidate must be a strategic thinker who can quickly operationalize to solve field customer and partner pain points and demonstrate natural learning agility and personal flexibility in a fast-paced change-oriented environment.This position requires balancing and influencing multiple competing priorities and individuals and is responsible for the central coordination of all external activities with GM SVP Americas Sales participation. This role will be the representative voice of the GM SVP at internal and external meetings.Primary Responsibilities:Leadership Team – Working with the GM SVP to develop and manage common objective requirements of each Global Field Sales LT member in relation to sales needs that drive our business success through silo-breaking activities like common goals/objectives and critical strategic discussions.Office of the GM SVP Americas Sales and PBST– Responsible for managing the GM SVP event and customer engagement calendar employee roundtables manager meetings and organization of domestic and global trips. Ensures all required preparation is on time for all stakeholder meetings customers employees media regulators investors etc. Develop and deliver customer-facing content for executive presentations. Determine appropriate content and messaging. Actively participate in and/or lead various forums/meetings internal and external prepare presentations and report back to the various stakeholders. Drive follow through and resolution of action items from internal and external meetingsProject Management - Drive key projects action items and follow up as needed. Communications – In partnership with the Communications team ensures consistent impactful communication to employees customers partners and other key stakeholders through a variety of forums and events.
