Work closely with system analysts product teams engineering and key partners to ensure clear expectations and well-documented processes. Monitor key business metrics to refine internal workflows and improve operational efficiency. Support and mentor business analysts within the team fostering a culture of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Proven ability to set up and maintain documentation approval processes define communication workflows and standardize output documentation. Experience structuring business documentation in platforms like Confluence and ensuring product-related information is kept up to date. Strong ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams ensuring alignment on key objectives and information flows. Proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding integration requirements. Ability to break down complex business problems structure documentation effectively and ensure clarity across teams. Ability to coordinate discussions between multiple teams and drive consensus on business requirements. Previous work in fintech payments or a related sector is a must.
