Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Reports to: VP of Marketing Location: Ireland Compliance & Risks is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager help shape the voice of our regulatory intelligence solutions Purpose: As Product Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing positioning messaging competitive differentiation and enabling the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities. Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs) KRA 1: Product positioning and messaging Develop product positioning that clearly differentiates Compliance & Risks grounded in customer needs Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) industry challenges and market trends. Craft compelling messaging frameworks that convey solution value to compliance leaders regulatory teams and decision-makers. Translate platform capabilities into benefit-led narratives that resonate across personas and funnel stages. Use customer interviews competitive intel and market research to guide messaging and adapt to evolving regulatory and tech landscapes. Build a library of customer proof points and impact stories — client quotes success metrics and use cases that validate our value. Ensure consistent positioning across all channels by partnering with Content Digital and GTM teams. KRA 2: Strategic Go To Market Strategies Establish and drive a programmatic approach for launching new products features and regulatory content by defining core processes milestones and success metrics. Define launch tiers and levels of investment matching effort and tactics to strategic value and business impact. Partner with Product Management to drive GTM planning from concept to launch setting timelines aligning stakeholders and ensuring organizational readiness Partner with Regulatory Content leads to integrate regulatory content roadmaps into GTM planning Implement feedback loops and post-launch reviews to capture learnings assess performance and continuously improve GTM effectiveness. KRA 3: Product Marketing Collateral Develop product marketing collateral (e.g. website copy solution briefs blogs white papers webinars videos data sheets) that clearly communicates the platform’s value. Create and maintain high-impact sales tools and assets including pitch decks FAQs battle cards and messaging guides to support consistent and effective selling. Equip the sales team with training and enablement tied to product launches and key messaging updates. Represent and evangelize the platform at trade shows and events ensuring demos and talk tracks are accurate compelling and aligned with messaging. KRA 4:Stakeholder Management Work closely with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to help enable them to create effective campaigns. Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams internal and external from Product Sales Business Development and Public Relations to drive awareness and alignment Partner with Marketing Operations for performance metrics and reporting KRA 5: Market Customer & Competitive Research Synthesize customer market and competitive insights to guide product positioning and market differentiation. Leverage primary customer research to understand customer goals pain points and decision drivers. Partner with the Competitive Product Manager to analyze competitors. Support Customer Advisory Panels to gather qualitative insight and validate product direction. Incorporate analyst reports and third-party research to inform strategic planning and market positioning. KRA 6: Adoption & Product Led Growth (PLG) Partner with Product Management to design and optimize in-app messaging onboarding flows and contextual prompts that drive discovery and adoption of key features. Collaborate on lifecycle email campaigns that guide users through setup highlight high-value capabilities and re-engage inactive accounts. Develop feature education assets such as videos quick-start guides and benefit-focused explainers to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value. Innovation Person Specification Prior Experience and Qualifications 7+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing including 3+ years in Product Marketing with a strong track record of launching and scaling products. Strategic thinker with the ability to build trust across teams and drive go-to-market execution. Exceptional writing and communication skills a strong storyteller across content formats. Startup DNA: Proactive hands-on and creative. Thrives in fast-paced environments. HubSpot expertise for audience segmentation campaign workflows and tracking performance. Customer-focused with the ability to shape messaging based on JTBD frameworks. Data-driven with strong analytical and research skills to inform decisions.
