The workweek runs from Thursday to Monday allowing uninterrupted support during peak campaign activity periods and weekends. Each day starts with proactive communication within internal teams pulling platform and performance data and setting up or reviewing campaigns. Ad ops team members are responsible for executing across multiple social platforms conducting reporting analysis and identifying optimization opportunities. The role is highly tactical focused on ensuring every campaign runs efficiently and delivers performance in line with strategic goals.
