Data Analyst Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in working with large data sets leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) techniques to extract insights build predictive models and deliver actionable business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch 3rd party vendors for the purpose of installation repair and MAC activities Utilize Field Nation & Other 3rd Party Vendor Work Order Creation tools Perform technician vetting and selection for each work order Provide Technician Check In and Check Out upon arrival and departure Download/Upload all deliverables and work order pictures into the CommandLink Platform Work reschedules and Issue resolution with all appropriate parties as needed Answer incoming queue calls in a fast-paced environment and triage based on the type of call Conduct daily follow-up calls with scheduled vendors/technicians to ensure daily appointments are met Respond to standard technician inquiries via Field Nation email or phone Utilize Field Nation to identify/schedule subcontractors for service and negotiate rates to maximize profitability alongside funding level management Understand high-level scope of work requirements and ensure proper cost/billing Update service tickets using the appropriate fields in the CommandLink Platform Create and Manage various work order type templates as needed including developing product-specific scopes of work Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates throughout the dispatch cycle. Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison between project managers engineers and field technicians. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers vendors and peer organizations. What you'll need for success: Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and transition from task to task smoothly 1+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Field Nation Experience is highly desirable Field Technician dispatching experience preferred Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly. Exhibit a high level of customer service and phone etiquette along with the ability to transcribe information into Customer-facing notes and ensure accuracy on cost/billing Experience managing escalations independently. Adaptability to dynamic environments. Project management and organizational skills. High integrity and ethical conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications. Learn more about us here! This is a 100% remote position. About your new role: CommandLink is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to join its fast-growing finance team. Reporting to the Tax & Regulatory Manager this role will be instrumental in executing overseeing and enhancing the company’s tax compliance and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in regulatory taxes tax engines and accounting systems along with the ability to deliver strategic actionable insights. Success in this role requires a motivated independent professional with strong analytical and communication skills sound judgment and a passion for thriving in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Tax Compliance & Filing: Oversee third-party vendors and directly prepare various tax returns including U.S. transactional taxes Canadian GST/HST provincial filings and FCC/USAC program reports. Support international VAT compliance and global indirect tax strategy. Tax Accounting & Reporting: Perform recurring and ad hoc financial analyses reconcile tax-related GL accounts assist with financial statement tax disclosures and support the close process. Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal controls over tax processes. Systems & Process Management: Maintain tax mapping for products/services collaborate with billing/software teams for accurate tax calculations and invoicing and lead initiatives to automate and streamline tax workflows and documentation. Audit & Legal Support: Assist with federal state local and telecom audits manage audit responses and work with tax and legal advisors on complex issues and compliance matters. Certificate & Notice Management: Manage exemption/reseller certificate collection and renewal across jurisdictions. Oversee digital mailroom tax notices and respond appropriately. Regulatory Monitoring: Track and interpret telecom and indirect tax law changes ensuring timely compliance updates to systems and practices. What you'll need for success: Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration 4-6+ years of relevant experience in corporate tax or public accounting Experience in multi-state and/or international indirect tax compliance for a telecommunications/technology company is a strong preference Strong working knowledge of SaaS taxation Experience working with Avalara’s communications tax engine and compliance team preferred Experience working with NetSuite and/or other similar accounting platforms preferred Excellent organizational analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in Excel and ability to manipulate large data sets for reporting and reconciliation Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills Ability to work as a team player and respect those you work with Ability to embrace and recommend change and provide new ideas hrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with new challenges each day Why you'll love life at CommandLink Join us at CommandLink where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
