Role Summary We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Project Manager to lead complex design and product workflows across full-cycle game development including iGaming projects. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams across art design product and engineering – ensuring delivery excellence from ideation through to live operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical facets of mobile and desktop games particularly gambling-inspired poker or casino-style games. Key Responsibilities Project & Pipeline Leadership Oversee and structure production workflows across game design art and product teams (including marketing/UA when applicable). Drive full-cycle production of game features and assets – from creative concepts and UX to in-engine delivery (Unity/HTML5). Manage sprint planning backlog grooming and delivery tracking using Agile methodologies (Jira ClickUp or similar). Optimize pipelines for 2D/3D art production Unity asset implementation VFX motion design and QA handoffs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the glue between creative technical and product teams – ensuring alignment on goals timelines and priorities. Interface directly with regional stakeholders in Asia and Eastern Europe. Anticipate cross-team dependencies and proactively solve delivery bottlenecks. Stakeholder Management Provide regular project updates retrospectives and budget tracking to leadership. Translate business needs into execution plans and ensure KPIs are measurable and achieved. Facilitate structured feedback loops and post-release evaluations. Requirements Experience & Skills 5+ years in project or product management roles within game development ideally with experience in iGaming or mobile F2P. Proven experience managing art and design teams (UI/UX concept 2D/3D animation). Familiarity with game production pipelines: Unity 3D integration asset pipelines version control (e.g. Git) and localization cycles. Strong organizational skills with an ability to drive complex multi-region projects to completion. Tools & Methodologies Proficient with Agile tools (Jira Confluence ClickUp Trello). Solid command of Figma Miro or similar collaboration platforms. Understanding of Unity asset workflows and art production constraints. Languages (choose one profile) Option 1: English + Ukrainian/Russian Option 2: English + Mandarin Option 3: Ukrainian/Russian + Mandarin Nice to Have Previous experience with poker slots or card game mechanics. Background in working with AI/ML-assisted creative workflows (MidJourney ChatGPT Runway ML). Ability to contribute to creative ideation and gameplay UX reviews.
