You will work with the founders Ivy League and Oxbridge graduates and other high-performing teammates. Job Duties Handle tuition and university application enquiries from Indonesia present our programmes and match appropriate tutors and mentors. Generate leads through marketing and networking on social media platforms Develop and implement effective sales strategies Collaborate with tutors to design and market niche education courses and curriculum Design marketing materials (Emails Webinars Posters Social Media Brochures etc.) Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients Conduct sales presentations/webinars to potential clients including online and in-person meetings Close deals to drive enrollment in our academic programs Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners manage external agencies/partners and clients to boost sales Recruit and Handle VIP Indonesian High-Networth students and parents on an academic butler basis Job Requirements Preferably >2 years experience in related industries Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong research and analytical skills Keen eye for detail Good attitude to learn and improve Strong time management and organisation skills Task oriented conscientious in task documentation Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines Ability to work independently and as a team Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) Notion Airtable Photoshop Video-editing (Capcut) to do short form videos Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Command of Chinese Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as we have Chinese Korean and Japanese customers whom prefer conversations in their native languages.
