You will be responsible for building a territory in your respective region primarily through prospecting for new business and expanding existing accounts. You will report to and work closely with the SVP of Sales to create a GTM strategy that will maintain a 3-4x pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly targets. The qualified candidate will build territory and account plans establish a referenceable customer base through the execution of transactions and the Adoption of the Anvilogic Platform. Develop and execute Territory and Opportunity Plans. Maintain a pipeline at 3–4x coverage through consistent prospecting. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Anvilogic use cases and be prepared to articulate value. Build trusted relationships with Security teams and key stakeholders. Own and drive the end-to-end sales process. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Proactively identify risks in deals and collaborate to mitigate them. Operate with urgency and accountability. Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts. Identify and develop internal Champions. Gain access to Executive Buyers (EBs). Conduct multiple in-person meetings weekly. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. The Sales Manager drives revenue growth by acquiring new customers fostering lasting relationships and ensuring consistent retention and expansion within their territory—Canada and the US. Supporting remote monitoring across Eddyfi Technologies’ solutions and geotechnical product lines this role combines strategic territory planning collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven insights to meet sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a remote role based in Canada. As Regional Sales Manager you will have to: Meet or exceed sales objectives on instrument and mandatory software and maximize ancillary at POS. Focus on acquiring new customers by focusing on the successful sale of the first unit establishing strong initial relationships and driving business development activities while ensuring consistent growth and retention within the existing customer base. Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to coordinate efforts and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction foster business growth and enhance retention and loyalty. Understanding customer needs and requirements to request accurate quotes via Salesforce/e-store & coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation. Researching accounts identifying key players and generating interest in the company’s complete offerings in assigned territory/market. Develop territory plans prioritizing business development for first unit sales at new customers while maintaining base growth optimizing the quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction. Support and assist the VP Sales to analyze weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor sales team performance and plan action items for improvements. Provide market intelligence input to Product Line Product Managers to optimize development and to forecast accurately. Prepare plan and develop meetings account plans and presentations. Connect with customers virtually by phone or online meeting platforms. Update the CRM daily with prospect's information sales contacts meeting minutes customer interactions and tasks such that the forecast accurately always reflects the Sales Managers opportunity funnel. Attend internal sales meetings and sales development training. Travel to and from customer locations (driving or flying where required). Administrative tasks such as booking travel and completing expenses. Work in collaboration with finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). What makes you an asset to our team: Associates Degree in a technical or business-related subject is required. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related subject is preferred. Geotechnical experience preferred Minimum 10 years in B2B Experience in the following vertical market sectors: Geotechnical monitoring Dams mining underground assets rail Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Intermediate understanding of Salesforce or equivalent CRM. Basic understanding of team collaboration/communication software such as SharePoint Teams and Webex. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Autonomous self-driven and passionate. Strong negotiation relationship building and influencing skills. Advanced creativity and problem-solving skills. Strong business sense team player and results oriented. Effective and strong presentations and communication skills with the ability to communicate with Senior Management Must speak English fluently.
